If you’re going on vacation or just need some time off, you can pause your web subscription for one month. This keeps your progress safe while you're away.
What happens when you pause:
Access to the app’s content will be immediately revoked for the duration of the pause.
Payments are skipped for the duration of the pause.
If you have a Chat Upsell subscription, it will also be paused.
When you resume, payments restart and your next billing date is adjusted to make up for the pause.
How to pause your web subscription:
- Open your Woofz Web Profile. Having trouble? Try this Alternative Login.
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab
- Tap Turn off auto-renewal:
5. Pass the quiz to pause the subscription:
6. Done! Your subscription is paused.

If you wish to cancel your subscription instead of pausing it, press No when asked:

PayPal users: Currently, pausing isn’t available for PayPal — only cancellation is possible.
