If you have purchased a Premium plan but don't see it in the Google Play settings of your Android device, you likely joined us directly through our website: https://www.woofz.com/. This just means your subscription is managed by Woofz, rather than Google.
You have a web subscription if:
- You have paid by card or PayPal
- The descriptor on your bank statement says “Woofz”, "dog training", etc
To manage your plan, simply log in to your Woofz Web Profile using the credentials chosen during registration. All your details and settings are waiting for you there!
