Here is how to keep your Premium access active across your devices.
Switching between iOS and Android
Since Apple and Google have their own separate systems, subscriptions usually stay within their own "family" (iOS to iOS, or Android to Android). If you’re switching from one to the other, a new subscription would be needed for the new platform.
For iOS purchases
If your Woofz subscription is associated with your Apple ID account and you'd like to use it on a different iOS device, do the following:
- Ensure you use the same Apple ID account for which the purchase was made.
- Press the Restore button on the subscription screen:
For Android purchases
If your Woofz subscription is associated with your Google account and you'd like to use it on a different Android device, do the following:
- Open Google Play Market and download Woofz, making sure you use the same Google account for which the purchase was made.
- Launch Woofz and Log in to your account within the app.
