Whether you’re seeing a blank screen, a video that just won’t load, or the app isn’t responding quite as it should, we’ve got a few simple steps to try:
- Make sure you’re using the most recent app version; outdated versions may contain bugs we have already fixed. Open the app page in the App Store /Google Play Market and check for available updates.
- Check that your device is compatible with the app. Minimum requirements are:
- iOS 17 or later
- Android 9 and up
- Check your internet connection: switch from Wi-Fi to a mobile network, and vice versa.
- Re-install the app.
Still not quite right?
