Training is always more fun when the whole family is involved. With our family sharing feature, everyone can stay on the same page, track progress, and take care of your pup together across multiple accounts.
A few things to know before you start:
To invite others, the group Admin just needs an active Premium subscription.
You can send invitations to up to 5 family members. Once they accept, they’ll be ready to join the journey.
If a member is removed from the group, their Premium access will pause, and the shared dog profiles will no longer be visible on their account.
How to set up your family group:
1. As the group Admin, you can generate a special code directly in your account:
2. Then send the code to the family members (through email, Whatsapp, or Airdrop).
3. The invited person has 12 hours to accept the invitation. The countdown starts the moment the Admin generates the code, not when it is sent.
4. The invited person then installs Woofz on iOS or Android and enters the code on the start screen:
5. Once they do so, the Premium content gets unlocked, and all the dog's progress is shared across accounts.
Note: Once the Admin's subscription expires, the Premium content of the invited family members will be locked.
If there's no place to enter the code on the first screen, please follow these instructions:
- The family member must create a new account for themselves.
- After entering Woofz, tap on a dog's picture and open the dog's profile.
- Tap the "Family" button.
- Tap on the "Join family" button.
